Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Eligibility

To register and use the sba99 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. sba99 strictly enforces a 21+ age requirement across all services. Underage gambling is illegal and causes harm; sba99 takes all reasonable steps to prevent it.
• You must be the legal holder of the payment method(s) used to fund your account. sba99 does not permit third-party payments.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of sba99 or its affiliated companies or game suppliers.
• You must not be a resident of any Prohibited Jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms is explicitly prohibited under local law.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be self-excluded or voluntarily excluded from online gaming platforms, or be subject to any court, regulatory, or administrative exclusion order that applies to online gambling.

Account Registration

Each individual may hold one account only on the sba99 platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile phone number. You must update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

Your sba99 account credentials — specifically your username and password — are personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs under your account. sba99 recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling any additional security features available on the platform. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact sba99 support immediately.

• One account per person, per household, per device, and per shared IP address.
• Account sharing with other individuals is strictly prohibited.
• sba99 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and to void any bets, winnings, or bonuses associated with them.
• Players may not transfer, sell, or assign their account to any third party.
• sba99 may require full KYC documentation before activating withdrawal functionality on any newly registered account.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the sba99 platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). sba99 does not apply currency conversion fees for deposits or withdrawals made in IDR. The following payment channels are supported:

• Local bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI, Bank Danamon.
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

Deposits are credited to your sba99 account balance upon confirmed receipt by the platform's payment processor. E-wallet deposits are generally credited within seconds. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon confirmation of the incoming transfer, which typically occurs within minutes during standard banking hours.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account.
• sba99 targets a withdrawal processing time of under three hours for verified accounts during standard banking hours (Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 WIB). Processing times outside these hours or during Indonesian public holidays may be longer.
• sba99 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend the processing time. You will be notified if such checks are initiated.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

Bonuses & Promotions

sba99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, free spins, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered members only, subject to any stated eligibility criteria (e.g., minimum deposit amount, account standing, geographic eligibility).
• Each Player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times via duplicate accounts will result in voiding of the bonus and potential account suspension.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover or turnover requirement) before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated on the promotion. Bonus funds that expire before wagering requirements are completed will be forfeited without compensation.
• Certain game types may be excluded from, or contribute at a reduced rate towards, wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game type are published on each promotion's terms page.
• sba99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already claimed and in use will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of claiming.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts.

Gameplay & Conduct

By using sba99's gaming and betting services, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and fair manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sba99 platform:

• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated system to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or manipulate outcomes.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical glitches in the platform's software. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown technical error may be voided.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including in live poker, live game shows, or any multiplayer format.
• Placing bets designed primarily to trigger bonus requirements or to exploit promotional offers rather than to engage with the games in good faith (commonly referred to as "bonus abuse").
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity through your sba99 account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing sba99 support staff or other players.

sba99 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology across all applicable games. Game results — including outcomes in slots, virtual sports, and RNG table games — are determined entirely by the RNG and cannot be predicted or influenced by either the player or sba99. Live casino games streamed by Evolution Gaming and equivalent providers follow the rules of the respective game as administered by the live dealer; all streams are recorded for audit purposes.

For sports betting, sba99 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where an obvious pricing error or data feed error has occurred. Bets placed on incorrectly priced markets — including mix parlay (multi-selection parlay) combinations — after the player has been made aware of an error are subject to voiding at the discretion of sba99's trading team.

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps that restrict the total amount you can add to your account within a defined period.

• Time-out periods: A temporary suspension of access to your account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days) to allow you to take a break.
• Self-exclusion: A longer-term or permanent exclusion from the sba99 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

Intellectual Property

All content on the sba99 platform — including but not limited to the sba99 name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, software, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all related intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to sba99 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the sba99 platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the sba99 platform without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any software underlying the sba99 platform.
• Use the sba99 brand, logo, or trademarks in any manner that could create confusion or suggest affiliation with sba99 without express written permission.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the sba99 platform on any other website or platform.

Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sba99 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the sba99 platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the sba99 platform or any of its services, whether caused by maintenance, technical failure, force majeure, or any other event beyond sba99's reasonable control.
• Any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where sba99 has not been negligent in its security obligations.
• Any errors in displayed odds, game payouts, or account balances that are promptly corrected by sba99 upon discovery.
• Any decision made by a player based on information provided on the sba99 platform, including promotional content, game guides, or sportsbook information.

sba99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your sba99 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

sba99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if, in sba99's reasonable judgement, you have:

• Breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provided false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or during any KYC process.
• Engaged in fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, collusion, or any conduct designed to defraud sba99 or other players.
• Attempted to access the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN or other masking technology.
• Engaged in money laundering or any other criminal activity through your sba99 account.

Upon termination for cause, sba99 may withhold any balance held in your account pending investigation. Balances confirmed as derived from legitimate deposits that were not involved in the breach may be returned to you via your registered payment method at sba99's discretion.

You may close your sba99 account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any real money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal processing requirements. Any uncompleted bonus wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of associated bonus funds.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sba99 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, or the use of the sba99 platform, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, unless both parties agree in writing to an alternative dispute resolution mechanism.

Nothing in this clause limits sba99's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to protect sba99's intellectual property, confidential information, or operational security.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Amendments

sba99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, sba99 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the sba99 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account. Real money balances will be returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.
